About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planner to join our team at Bartlett Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in providing financial planning and advice to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing clients' objectives and circumstances, identifying holistic financial planning needs and opportunities. They will work collaboratively with our team of Advisers to deliver high-quality technical research and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma qualification, strong literacy and numerical abilities, and a professional approach. Previous Paraplanning experience within an independent firm is essential, as well as in-depth knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection within both private and corporate client wealth management advice.

In return, we offer a competitive salary (£30,000 - £40,000 per annum), enhanced pension contributions (5% employee, 7% employer), private healthcare, income protection, wellbeing allowance, and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
