Compassionate Care Worker

As a Care Assistant at Shenley Wood, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in a luxury retirement village setting. With a focus on promoting independence and well-being, this role requires a compassionate and patient individual who can deliver exceptional care services.
About the RoleThis is a 96-hour per week maternity cover position at £13,177 per annum (pro-rata FTE). The successful candidate will provide all aspects of domiciliary care, including physical, personal care, and support with social activities.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Deliver high-quality domiciliary care, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and well-being needs are met.
- Support residents' independence, autonomy, and choice, promoting their overall well-being.
- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
