Software Integration Specialist

We are excited to be partnering with a Cambridge-based software company to find a talented Software Integration Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to integration partners to ensure seamless integration of software systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Elevate critical issues that impact clients to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist other internal teams in resolving tickets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Update documentation to reflect changes and improvements.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of software integration principles.
- Knowledge of XML, RESTful, and SOAP APIs to ensure effective integration.
- Experience with JIRA ticket management system to streamline issue resolution.
- A proactive and can-do attitude to drive results.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing software landscapes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
