Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Willing Care, a leading provider of residential, nursing, and palliative care services in Norfolk. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care and support to our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patient progress
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification
  • Valid UK NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration
  • Proven experience in elderly care
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
