Commercial Contracts Lawyer Role

Service Care Solutions - Legal is seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract and company law, with experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a mixed caseload of subsidy control, company law, contract law, and drafting a wide range of contracts, including standard build contracts such as JCT or NEC4.
  • Deputise for more senior members of the team when required.
  • Carry out duties required for the successful running of the contracts and major projects team.

Requirements:

  • A qualified barrister, solicitor, or legal executive with an impressive knowledge of contract and company law.
  • Experience and knowledge of subsidy control, company law, contract law, and drafting a wide range of contracts, including standard build contracts such as JCT or NEC4.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection legislation is an advantage but not essential.
