Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Inclusion and Technical Support Manager to join our Building Services Team. The successful candidate will have experience in MEP, M&E, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and will be responsible for coordinating technical, QA, and other tasks on all contracts. This role requires good knowledge of MEP building and infrastructure services, as well as proven project delivery and client satisfaction experience. The annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Building Services Team with technical, QA, and coordination of MEP elements
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
- MEP, M&E, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or Degree)
- Relevant site experience
- Good knowledge of MEP building and infrastructure services
- Proven project delivery and client satisfaction experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
