About This Role:

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our products in a busy retail environment. You will be responsible for providing personalized product recommendations, answering customer queries, and resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Offer tailored product suggestions to customers based on their needs and preferences
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards and ensure products are properly displayed on the shop floor
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote products effectively
* Participate in daily operational activities, including processing transactions and managing stock

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong knowledge of our products and services, with a passion for sharing this expertise with customers
* Commitment to upholding high levels of customer service and satisfaction
