We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our busy office in Dorchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Manage client files and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Process and complete general office administration tasks, including photocopying, filtering phone calls, and filing
- Deal with enquiries by telephone, email, and in person from clients, colleagues, insurers, and third parties
- Work in line with established administration processes to ensure all documentation is accurately produced and distributed to clients
- Complete daily processing of cheques, monies, and credit card payments in line with FCA guidelines
- Navigate and effectively maintain manual and IT systems for processing, accounting, and administrative purposes
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including MS Office
- Ability to work flexibly and juggle multiple tasks
- Outgoing and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise tasks
