Office Based HR Manager Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager in the Heathrow area, with the possibility of hybrid working.

You will collaborate closely with the business to implement and deliver operational and strategic objectives, utilizing your experience, skills, and knowledge to impact key areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and employee development.

The right candidate will work alongside the Head of HR to support strategic projects and will excel in engaging with a variety of key stakeholders.

  1. Lead, develop, and manage an HR Generalist and HR Assistant to ensure outstanding service delivery.
  2. Oversee and focus on all recruitment and succession planning.
  3. Support the business in interpreting and applying employment legislation, HR policy, and case law.
  4. Develop and deliver coaching and training sessions to support and develop our teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years' experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  2. Experience in building relationships with stakeholders and communicating at all levels.
  3. Must pass a satisfactory basic level DBS check.
  4. Some travel to UK-based sites will be required.
  5. Hands-on experience in dealing with and resolving employee relations issues.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
