We are seeking a qualified or trainee Practice Nurse to join our team at Niddrie Medical Practice. The role will encompass venepuncture, ECGs, cervical smears, IM injections, wound management, HRT and contraception reviews, and chronic disease management.

The successful candidate will work on the Introduction to Practice Nursing course once they start in practice. They will also receive training on chronic disease management and improving health in patients with long-term conditions, including asthma, COPD, diabetes, and vascular disease.

Working hours are 24 hours per week, and the working pattern is negotiable between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. The team meets together on Wednesdays, and contributions from all team members are encouraged.

We are a 3 GP Partnership with a strong clinical team, and we believe that a happy team that works well together is the key to high-quality care and job satisfaction.
