About Us:

You must also be able to communicate clearly and concisely, have effective listening skills, and be quick-thinking with high initiative. A relevant qualification in criminal justice/social care or comparable experience is desirable.

Benefits:
The Forward Trust offers a range of benefits, including training opportunities, flexible working arrangements, season ticket loan scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, 25 days (rising to 30) annual leave plus bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, employer-matched contributions, death-in-service payment, critical illness insurance, and simply health benefits.
