As a leading technology company, the Circle Group is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to end users. The role of a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer in Cambridge involves administering support requests, accurate call logging, and relevant escalation when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering 1st & 2nd Line support requests
  • Accurate call logging and relevant escalation

The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Desk team in a collaborative environment and share experience and skills where applicable.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in either a support desk or field/customer facing role
  • Windows Server 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience
  • O365 administration e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Azure AD
  • Networking - good experience with firewall technologies, VPNs etc
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports

The estimated salary for this position is up to £31,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days annual leave + bank holiday, company pension scheme, hybrid working up to 2 days WFH, and plenty of L&D opportunities - Microsoft certifications.
