The veterinary team is the largest 'unit' within the practice, comprised of experienced and dedicated professionals who work together to provide comprehensive care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with surgical procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced veterinary nurse to join a thriving practice and take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Assist with surgical procedures, including preparing patients, maintaining asepsis, and providing post-operative care.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the practice by participating in team meetings, providing input on patient care, and suggesting improvements to processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pet owners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Final year veterinary nursing students are welcome to apply, and the practice is open to nurturing and developing talent.
  • Experience in a veterinary setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
