Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Adult Psychologist to join our team at Soaring Health, an award-winning allied health care centre. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence-based interventions.

You will develop tailored treatment plans for referred clients using prior knowledge and research skills, ensuring that each client receives personalized care and support. Your expertise will enable you to collate handouts for referred clients for homework and therapeutic aids, promoting their continued growth and development.

In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will also be responsible for completing electronic client notes and reports to an appropriate standard as outlined by APS Code of Ethics/Supervisor standards. This includes writing letters to other health professionals and external agencies to assist the client in continual access to health and other services.

Your commitment to professional development will be supported through regular clinical supervision sessions, attendance at weekly case conferences, and opportunities for observation of more experienced/staff across disciplines.
