Security Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Guarding UK. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our corporate reception building in Cambridge.
About the Role:
You will be working in a modern and well-maintained building, where your key role is to ensure the security and safety of the building, its occupants, and visitors. Your duties will include monitoring CCTV, supervising the security team, delivering post, and performing various other security-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV and report any security incidents or concerns
- Supervise and manage the security team to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Deliver post and packages to the relevant departments
- Perform regular security checks and patrols of the building
- Assist with the maintenance of the building's security systems and equipment
Requirements:
- SIA licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Basic report writing and IT skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
