About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of our products, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our products with customers
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
  • Take control of your own development and contribute to the success of the team

  • You are flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
