Opportunity to Shape SEN Provision

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our team in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.

>

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our school's SEND provision, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and providing training and support to teaching staff.

>Responsibilities

As SENCO, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to promote inclusion and diversity within the school community.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to students with diverse needs.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • The National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant experience as a SENCO or in a leadership role within SEN.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £62,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
