
Invigilation Team Member

About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of exams, communicating effectively with students and staff, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Examinations Officer in preparing for exams, including setting up test centres, distributing materials, and supervising candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of exam results, malpractice incidents, and other relevant data.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and colleagues, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the timely and effective delivery of exams, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
What You'll Need
- Able to communicate fluently in Welsh (C2 level or higher).
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse groups of people.
- Able to work independently, using initiative and making sound decisions.
