Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Matchtech Technology. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing innovative connectivity solutions built on connector, cable assembly, and electronic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct face-to-face customer visits to understand technical challenges and transform them into technical solutions
  • Design and develop new product concepts, working closely with our technical experts' network and global footprint
  • Generate technical drawings and create commercial proposals to support product pre-production
  • Stay up-to-date with advancing and improving technologies, including products, processes, and manufacturing capabilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in microtechnology, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Proven experience in new product development and customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CAD software and ERP software (SAP)
  • Knowledge in one or several of the following: connectivity, cable technology, electronics, signal integrity, fibre optic
  • Ability to work in the local language and English (B2 level)
