About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Stock Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service by locating, packing, and promptly processing stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store.
- Meet deadlines to deliver to our customers at the promised time.
- Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
- Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.
About You:
- A great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days.
- Accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and dedication.
