Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in a Building Services or similar environment.">
- Advanced knowledge of Building Services systems, mechanical equipment, and general maintenance principles.">
- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and apply technical expertise to drive results.">
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage with diverse stakeholders.">
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.">
- Relevant certifications, such as IOSHH or equivalent, beneficial.">
