Commercial Gas Engineer

Redrock Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to work with a maintenance company covering extensive areas across the UK.
This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth, and the company is looking for an additional Gas Engineer to cover the Midlands Region, focusing on the retail space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain gas appliances and plant room equipment.
- Attend reactive, diagnostic, and emergency repair works, including liaison with the helpdesk and suppliers to obtain information on the job, parts, costs, and lead times.
- Install and carry out site works associated with the installation of gas appliances, central heating plant, and plant room equipment.
- Develop positive client relationships, providing on-site client teams with guidance on the operation and management of their assets and project works.
- Provide data to support the creation of quotations, including equipment, parts, and labor.
- Ensure works and delivery comply with health and safety and work standards. Act as the subject matter expert for the wider maintenance team and helpdesk.
