Job Title: Care Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with our office team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13 plus mileage.

- Minimum visits with all clients of one hour or more.
- Ongoing training and development, plus fully funded Level 2 and 3 qualifications.
Requirements:
- No care qualifications or formal experience required - we provide award-winning training.
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes.
- Ability to undergo a full DBS check.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful attitude.
