Salary


The competitive rate of pay for this role ranges from £25 to £35 per hour, varying for scheduled or unscheduled work and in-hours or out-of-hours shifts.


Job Description


This role involves conducting workplace Alcohol and Drug testing as directed by the Client Service Team while delivering a proactive service to our clients, ensuring an effective and competent experience.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conducting workplace Alcohol and Drug testing according to established protocols.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Client Service Team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Assisting in the development of new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
