Job Overview

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate petty cash exceptions and resolve any discrepancies
  • Create and distribute weekly reports to senior management
  • Manage help desk queries and provide support to colleagues
  • Train new team members on key processes and procedures
  • Support General Managers with administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and be able to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
