Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced and creative Architectural Technician to join their team in Croydon. The successful candidate will have strong technical abilities and sufficient experience working across residential projects.

The company prides themselves on providing innovative, client-led designs across residential and commercial projects. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for progressing to managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Residential project management and delivery
  2. Client communication and liaison
  3. Progression to project management roles

An HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology is essential, with CIAT Accreditation or working towards it. You should have good knowledge of current UK building regulations and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient use of Revit is also required.
