About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop key game systems, ensuring high-quality and performance.
  • Mentor and support junior programmers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and development practices, applying this expertise to drive innovation in our games.
  • Develop and communicate standard methodologies to the team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Bring technical expertise to the challenges of game development, driving solutions that meet our high standards.
  • Optimize game systems for performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong background in computer science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial games programming experience.
  • Deep understanding of engine architecture and experience with the full development lifecycle.
  • Proven AI knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with design and content teams.
  • Advanced C++ programming skills.
  • Extensive Unreal experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with a passion for teamwork.
  • Logical thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • A genuine passion for games programming.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
