About the Role:
Meraki Talent Ltd's Financial Services client is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the business embeds operational resilience into its ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to the business on operational resilience and work across all strands to ensure effective implementation.
- Take responsibility for business continuity planning, risk identification, and management, scenario testing, and driving improvements to reduce related risks.
- Work to resolve risks and crisis management scenarios as they arise.
- Collaborate with assigned business areas on Business Continuity Plan reviews and Impact Analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience working within Operational Resilience or Business Continuity, with exposure to risk identification, assessment, and remediation.
- Experience working within the Financial Services sector.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of key areas of resilience/business continuity.
- Strong experience in process analysis and development.
