About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Sort and prioritize mail and packages according to delivery schedules
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets

Requirements

  • Valid full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to sort and prioritize mail and packages according to delivery schedules
  • Physical ability to lift and carry mail and packages
