Job Summary:

We are seeking a Temporary Sales Floor Assistant to join our team at Next. As a Temporary Sales Floor Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting our sales floor team during the busy Christmas period.

About the Role:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to our customers, helping them to find the perfect products.
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers.
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries.
  • Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible.
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times.
  • Take control of your own development and contribute to the success of our team.
