Talent Guardian is seeking an experienced Garment Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing the technical development of garments from initial design through to production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain detailed technical packs, including size specifications, construction details, and fabric performance requirements.
  • Conduct fit sessions to ensure garments meet our brand's standards for comfort, style, and functionality.
  • Liaise with suppliers and factories to resolve technical issues and ensure garments are produced to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to review samples and provide feedback on fit, construction, and fabric.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, ethical, and quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, materials, and industry trends to continuously improve garment performance and innovation.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Garment Technologist, preferably in casual or lifestyle apparel.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with pattern making and grading is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using garment technology software and Microsoft Office applications.
