Conveyancing Secretary Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our fee earners, including scanning correspondence, filing, and updating case management systems.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Prepare and type correspondence, documents, and forms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Matter Management: Open, update, and close matter files, recording client data and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
  • Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team, including fee earners and other support staff, to ensure seamless workflow and efficient task management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Organization and IT Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and proficiency in IT systems, including case management software.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others and maintain a positive attitude.
