Our company, Ecobat Resources, is seeking a talented Production Director to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing unit.

The successful candidate will have a qualification in operational management or process engineering and experience in managing a 24-hour operation in a process-related industry. They should also have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and be able to ensure compliance at all levels.

A competitive remuneration and bonus package is offered, including 25 days annual leave (plus statutory bank holidays), as well as other benefits.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Control production processes and provide necessary resources
  • Support sales and operations planning and adhere to production plans
