About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Ty Porth Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion
