Safeguarding and Behaviour Specialist

Join Opus Perm, a leading provider of care and education, as we continue to grow and evolve. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Designated Safeguarding & Pastoral Lead to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality safeguarding and behaviour services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and enhancing safeguarding practices, providing support and guidance to colleagues, and delivering training and development programmes. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and care.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, along with opportunities for career development and fully funded training and qualifications.
