About Ayming

Ayming is a leading R&D tax consultancy that has been consistently growing year-on-year. We are looking for an experienced R&D Tax Manager to join our thriving team in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements and be the main point of contact for queries.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, colleagues, and HMRC to ensure claims are optimized and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of R&D tax and technology concepts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities, such as roundtables, networking, and webinars.
  • Mentor and lead Associate Consultants and Consultants, supporting leadership with team management.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are followed and projects are assessed technically per HMRC guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in R&D tax, preferably in technology/software.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts within technology and software, as well as R&D tax.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
