  • Manage reactive maintenance according to contract requirements.
  • Implement minor improvements and attend client meetings.
  • Manage contractors effectively.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified to recognized electrical standard (HNC, HNC C&G).
  • Previous experience in supervising high-end commercial buildings.
  • Knowledge of budget management and cost control.
  • Experience in planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Background in building services.

Salary: £44,000 per annum
