Job Description
In this role, you will be collaborating closely with growers to ensure the growth of high-quality plants. You will also be responsible for crop walking, mixing, and applying pesticides, as well as maintaining crop spray schedules and managing farm machinery.

Requirements
• Strong understanding of horticulture/agriculture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

Salary and Benefits
$28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits
