Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Trusts & Estates Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Estate and Trust Administration: Assist with the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  2. Drafting of Estate and Trust Accounts: Prepare and draft estate and trust accounts in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Client Communications: Provide excellent client service, communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced legal environment is essential, with a focus on trusts and estates.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail is crucial, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Communication Skills: First-rate communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Pressure Handling: The ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively is vital in this role.
