We're seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as an Aftersales Administrator. Based at our office in Sandtoft, you'll be responsible for supporting our customers with their queries and delivering a positive customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering emails and calls from customers
- Assisting with all enquiries relating to returns/replacement orders & remedial work
- Requesting quotes for remedial work
- Raising Purchase Orders on SAP
- Arranging suitable dates for remedial work to be completed
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll also have good influencing skills and enjoy building relationships with internal and external contacts.
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary up to £23,000 (depending on experience) and access to a range of benefits, including an annual bonus scheme, company pension, and flexible benefits offering.
