Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals
  • Organize and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar establishment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
