Job Description:

As a Track Marshal and Racing Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of racing events by monitoring the track and issuing flags to drivers. You will also be required to relay information to the Race Director and maintain the track's appearance in line with safety standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should be self-motivated and able to provide exceptional customer service to guests.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Track Marshal and Racing Event Coordinator will also be required to work evenings, weekends, and weekdays, including bank holidays.

Although experience is not necessary, the ideal candidate will have a presentable and reliable demeanor, with a commitment to developing their career and skills. A passion for racing and the ability to work closely with others are essential for this role.

Salary Range: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
