Transformation Coach

Role Requirements / Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Sport & Exercise Science or a related field, and/or 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry (e.g., Personal Trainer).
- Understanding and knowledge of body composition, weight loss, muscle building, and lifestyle optimization.
- Ability to produce exceptional results with busy clients.
- Strong communication skills in written and video formats.
- Excellent time-management and organization skills, with attention to detail.
- Passion for helping individuals transform their bodies to unlock their potential in life.
- Full-time work (40 hours a week) from Monday to Friday.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in written and video formats.
- Provide expert advice on nutrition, workouts, and lifestyle management.
- Deliver high-quality coaching via online platforms like Zoom and messaging.
- Produce exceptional results with a premium experience for our members.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of our members on a daily and weekly basis.
- Attend mentorship calls and act on feedback from your direct report.
- No marketing or sales focus; concentrate on being a results-producing coach.
- Starting base salary: £30,000.
- On-track earnings: £40,000.
- Uncapped performance-based commission.
- Full-time, permanent employment (beyond probation).
- Remote position with a 4-hour crossover period between 8am-5pm BST, Monday to Friday.
- World-class mentorship from experienced Transformation Coaches (30+ years of combined experience).
- 28 days paid holiday per year included.
