Samples Team Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Samples Team Leader to join our team at T&K Associates Ltd. As a key member of our Samples Department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sample Technicians to ensure efficient processing of sample requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate systems to process sample requests and manage laboratory stock of ordered samples.
  • Manage the department workload, organizing the lab area and tasks outside of sample requests.
  • Monitor sample stocks and product rotation, disposing of obsolete materials.
  • Process simple shipments via DHL or FEDEX and prepare necessary technical documentation for transportation and customs clearance.
  • Liaise with QC, planning, and production for lab stock replenishment and availability.
  • Communicate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Science, and Innovation to solve customer complaints related to product availability, quality, and shipping delays.
  • Manufacture product on a small scale for sample requests.
Requirements:
  • A vocational diploma (pre-university level).
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.
  • Knowledge of product safety and transportation regulations.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations.
  • Strong Excel skills to develop existing monitoring tools to manage stock and customer orders.
