About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bureau Manager to join our team at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Travel Service Partners, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Nurture and mentor the team to maintain high levels of customer service and enable Travel Service Partners to perform to the best of their ability.
  • Focus on customer feedback, service levels, and the ability of the Travel Service Partners to implement processes and solutions that improve outputs and achieve objectives.
  • Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural, operational, and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement and drive best legal practice and regulatory standards while adhering to Travelex compliance procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
