Factory Worker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Factory Worker to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a Factory Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating machinery and equipment on the factory floor
  • Assembling products according to specifications
  • Inspecting finished products for quality assurance
  • Packing and labelling products for shipment
  • Following health and safety guidelines at all times

You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, assembling copper and brass lanterns, including cutting and installing glass or polycarbonate glazing panels, drilling and installing fittings, and installing electric or gas lighting fixtures.
