Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Event Manager to lead the planning, organization, and delivery of events. This is a pivotal position that requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record in managing successful events in the Auto trade or with HighEnd Luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, organization, and delivery of events.
  • Manage budgets ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Foster relationships with clients, understanding their vision and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and venues to secure the best rates and services.
  • Oversee risk management plans and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in managing successful events in the Auto trade or with HighEnd Luxury brands.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adept at negotiating and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in events management or related field is desirable.
