Job Summary:
Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Planning Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets for major construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular progress meetings to report on project status and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in construction planning and coordination.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and/or Microsoft Project software.
• Estimated salary: £75,000 - £100,000 per annum.
