Strategic Beauty Industry Growth Manager

• Location: Central London (hybrid working pattern)
A prestigious opportunity has arisen at Vertical Advantage to recruit an experienced Commercial Director / CCO for the launch of leading Health and Wellness brands across the UK and Europe.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying growth pillars across all channels, implementing strategic plans, and managing Go To Market strategies for eCommerce channels and retail partners.
This role involves developing commercial terms with key partners, managing internal and external stakeholder agreements, and leading a team to ensure profitability of products across Europe.
Our ideal candidate possesses strong commercial acumen, experience setting up P&L arrangements, and negotiating JBP deals with major beauty pure players and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and optimize market presence.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and suppliers.
4. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
