Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Assistant to join our client in Kings Lynn. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £31,500 + Bonus and benefits package. As an ideal candidate, you should possess experience working in a varied finance environment. Your strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include bookkeeping for the PLC holding company, managing the purchase ledger, overseeing invoice authorisation, posting monthly transactions, and providing company secretarial support. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate shareholding reconciliations and administering employee benefit share schemes. To succeed in this position, you will need a good understanding of accounting practices, with AAT qualification desirable. Additionally, you should demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

This opportunity is perfect for candidates who require a flexible schedule, with options available for 26.25 to 36.25 hours per week. The hybrid arrangement includes one day per week working from home.
